PHP - For website development/maintainace for this site. Would be implementing Authentication/ Dynamic web content via SF.NET MySql database system.

JAVA - Obviously !

JAVA-XML API - Sorry for wrong trove categorization in project specs. But this project will be implementing databse using XML.

JAVA Networking API - Obviously Project is heavily reliant on network.

Planning aproject is half the task done. But still other half is more brutal. Project does not have a dynamic portal for communication.
